Yesterday, we spoke about XLE 0.89%↑ trying to break out, and that made me want to dive a little deeper into the energy sector.

Today I noticed some confirmation that both EWC 0.00%↑ (Canada) and EWA 0.00%↑ (Australia) are breaking out as well.

This made me dive into the TI Relative strength system (Try it HERE) to see if I could find anything there and I came across this nice flag pattern in HP 0.00%↑. My game plan is to get involved if I can see it close over $40 and then be wrong if we break the lower part of this wedge.
